Internal Phones with Answer machine - PIN Number Reset

On occasions the Cisco voicemail system will automatically advised you to change your voicemail PIN number security reasons.  When this happens its advised to change the PIN number before the expiry date, otherwise a call will have to be made with RCT to reset this and the response can take anything from 24-48 hours.

To reset your PIN, follow the steps below, once you have logged into voicemail:

1. Select Option 4 (Set-Up)

2. Select Option 3 (Preferences)

3. Select Option 1 (Change PIN)

4. Enter a new PIN that is at least 6 digits long.
